Actually money flow is positive today by some 5 million or so. Block trades have primarily (5 to 2) been above market, suggesting they are 'buys.' This is not strong selling. Quite the contrary. fwiw

Sony may sue European Commission over PlayStation 2

TOKYO--Sony may take legal action against the European Commission if it fails to change its tariff classification of the PlayStation 2 game console, according to reports.

Trade officials at the European Commission--the European Union's executive arm--have rated the PlayStation 2 as a video game player, which means Sony must pay an import duty of 2.2 percent on each unit, the Financial Times reported Thursday. The newspaper cited Ken Kutaragi, president of Sony Computer Entertainment.

The world's No. 1 game-console maker asserts that the PlayStation 2, which has a 128-bit processor, a DVD player and the potential to connect to the Internet, should be classified as a computer, the paper said. No duties are levied on computers imported into Europe, the newspaper said.

Last month, Britain's customs and excise department rejected Sony's application to designate the PlayStation 2 as a computer, the paper said. The consoles are due to go on sale in Europe later this month.

rmbs almost always moves up after a few days of narrow trading. i caught it at 89 after 3 days of trading 86 to 90 in the spring . that day it went to 113 and then on to 415. this stock will swing 4 points on the average day. if you can stand the heat it is the worlds greatest trading stock. the danger now is being out for the move up. samsung and nec news is huge. so-- i'm holding . rocky ps. ya know if the drammuri could do a rodney king ,and just get along, they could buy rmbs out and make us all rich. but they can't agree on anything and their consortiums always fall apart. never a dull moment. rocky
