Scrapps, I just checked my notes from the 3Q CC, and Fishman did say ADI planned to ship "7 million DSL's" this year. Under that, with three exclamation points (mine), he went on to say their shipments planned for next year was going to be "quite a bit higher", both globally and in the US. Aside from their 90% market share in Korean chipset market, they apparently have aggressive plans with Deutche Telecom and France Telecom for 2001 as well as in the "emerging" US DSL market.

I'd agree there looks like room for an upside surprise on the 7 million shipments this year...the J has beat every number they've thrown out in prior Q's.
