I agree about trying to bring an ipo in the amrlet as it is now. But, I am not sure that they know things will be better in jan. (unless there is a potential deal in the making where a certain third party might be sold a portion of the ipo--incentive to go qcom's way). Who knows? I am grasping at straws. I thought we had seen the end of the lower 60s.
