The best one I have ever seen is by NIKE Securities, Sector portfolios. The one you are looking for is called Semiconductor Series 5. I don't have a web site address for it but these are unit trusts that trade in $1000 dollar increments.

The holdings are fixed and do not change over the life of the trust. This series includes the following stocks AMAT,ASML,KLAC,NVLS,TER, ALTR, ADSI,AMCC,FCS,INTC, LLTC, LSI, MXIM, MCHP,MOT,NSM,PMCS,QLGC, RFMD, STM, TXM

If This group of stocks does not make it we all in deep poop.
