You, who claim not to be full of baloney and to represent Level Three, probably pointed this out to us before somewhere in this thread. Please provide a URL to your post where you did this.

We all know we don't base our investment decisions on the subject starter's comments. And obviously I felt that correcting someone on this topic was in order, since I sure wouldn't want to be long in something if they were missing target dates by 18 months. Like you said, it's water under the bridge now. I only wanted to point out that the network was not to be completed end of '99. 20,000 mile networks don't finish themselves in one year :) LOF's post: Message 14714370 pretty much sums it up nicely of what I was trying to say :)
