Claude... welcome aboard. Knowing your bent on gold I would normally just assume you're another passing poster claiming gold is a buy a few times and then getting sick of waiting, sell the position never to be heard from again. However, seeing that I follow your newsletter and knowing that you are normally guarded about calling for a real move in POG [as opposed to finding good companies] I must ask:

Is this an official POG call?? Do you think we've bottomed?

DAK

PS, careful, there is a long list in the "I called the bottom in Gold" graveyard! -g-

That is good for gold and gold stocks.
As hesitant as I am about gold, being partially conditioned by a 20+ year bear market in gold, and partially by having lost my ass in the early 70s gold mania, I am intrigued by the possibilities. The dollar's current high level and the low gold prices makes me think that the bottom must be very close. What do you think about $253 as a double bottom?
