Why do you think Alan Greenspan will lower interest rates so quickly? This has been repeated on this board by bulls but they have never given a good reason. Maybe you can do what they haven't.

Today the dollar dumped. If the dollar continues to drop that ties Greenspan's hands and in fact if it crashed he would have to raise rates.

The Federal Reserve board will not lower interest rates in order to keep the stock market going up. They will only do so if there is no inflation and a danger that if they don't that there will be a recession. They don't care about your investment portfolio.
