Try a pain killer #3 from Pusser's Rum, except I don't think it works after tequila. Don't know for sure, never having tried Patron Anejo. BTW, there is a good anejo rum, from Bacardi. Anejo just means "aged." The best, though, is Ron del Barrilito, a fine rum anejo that is not well known.
