Women are more personal, I think. That has been my experience anyway. I know some male politicians are TRYING to interject their family details into their campaigns but it really never seems to work. I also think women work and play better with others- unless they overcompensate for being women and try to be bigger bad asses than men- I won't say that doesn't happen, because it does. And of course feminine and masculine traits are all on a spectrum. But in general women seem to be more emotionally literate, more verbal, and more social- and research tends to support that- although I wouldn't say prove, since I don'tt like to use a word like prove when dealing with the social sciences.
