How come QQQ only up +1 today (just a tad more than 1%) while naz composite was up nearly 3%? Why the discrepancy?

The bio's are very confusing but: stockcharts.com[W,A]WECAYYMY[DC][PC5!B34!B50!H.02,.20!B200!D30,2!B100][VC60][ILP16,14,14!LG10!LA12,26,9] Look at the volume from the september peak to the october low. It was rising steeply. Now look at the volume from the October low to the November peak. It diminishes rapidly!
