NightOwl - I am glad you admit posting garbage just to get a "rise".

How is RMTR doing lately?
Hovering under 10 I see.
Why is that?

Third-quarter net loss applicable to common stock was $3.0 million, or a loss of $0.17 per share (basic), compared with a net income of $3.4 million, or income of $0.27 per share (diluted), a year ago.

Revenues for the third quarter of 2000 were $8.1 million, compared with $7.1 million for the same period in 1999.

Yep - HUGE revenue growth from $7M to $8M - yea that sure will get a "rise" out of the market - LOL

BTW - I seem to remember you bragging loudly about RMTR having a deal with NEC before RMBS.
Did I miss something - or do you have a link showing a NEC RMTR deal that I can not find online?

I recall you were GUTLESS and would not take my bet on this, even after bragging about it.

So go back to your hole and hide a while. ggggg

NightOwl,

Frankly I don't know why RMBS would care about getting fees from MU. They're free from the obligation to make INTC's warrants good

And what obligation is that?

My understanding is that those warrants vest only IF 25% of Intel's chipset sales at the end of 2000 are RDRAM chipsets. At least, that's my recollection of the date but I may be incorrect about that. These are Intel sales of Rambus enabled product. If you don't mind, and I doubt you will, please tell me what Rambus's obligation is in that respect?
