This is getting tedious... Just because Capital Commerce was going to throw some UNTIF stock into a financing deal doesn't mean Phan had anything to do with UNTIF. Since the whole thing was eventually cancelled, what is the point? If you want anything else you will have to look it up as you are the only one interested in it. I'm not going to waste time researching irrelevant information. If you find anything that has a bearing on HRCT's current operations, it might be of some interest. This isn't GE; JP Morgan is not waiting in the wings with a billion dollar line of credit. It is a fledgling company working with the limited assets available. This is not a secret to anyone except, apparently, you. It has two established operating divisions and is in the process of forming several more - not bad for a year and a half of effort with limited resources.
