That is the million (billion!!!?) dollar question right now! The first step is to get the courts to rule that a "taking" has taken place. Once that is established we can proceed into the valuation and compensation phase. When I spoke to James Joyce he did pause when I started throwing out some of the figures you mentioned. At this point I don't think they know what they will ask for until the "experts" they have hired analyze the lease. I think the valuation is being looked into right now by these experts. My fear is that the company will not shoot for the stars. It is a wait and see scenario at this point. Once the taking is established things should get interesting. This ordeal may be settled out of court at a negotiated price. I just hope that price rewards the loyal shareholders who have kept this company afloat over the years. My gut instinct from Joyce is that the company wants to end this whole thing as quickly as possible. Even without shooting for the stars I think this compensation should be extremely appealing to the shareholders. We have to strongly consider the time factor.......Big dollars could equal a long drawn out process. Reasonable dollars could equal a quicker settlement. There are a lot of factors to balance and hopefully the shareholders best interest will be looked after.

Great idea. Lets go into a potential negotiation with the State of Florida by telling them in advance what we'll settle for.

It makes no sense for the company to publicize this information. First if they are wrong in what they can obtain they open themselves up to shareholder lawsuits for providing misleading information. Second they are involved in major litigation, it makes no sense to provide the other side with this type of information prior to potential negotiations.
