I sometimes wonder about that. I'm sure that Osama could afford to buy an old nuke somewhere. But even even bombs the size of the one that almost sank the Cole could do a lot of damage in US harbors and all you need to deliver them are small cabin cruisers - just large enough to cross the Atlantic.

Osama and Afghanistan expect Clinton to attack before our elections and this time they are prepared for it. They claim Osama did not bomb the Cole. Who knows? Terrorists operate from many bases often in more than one country.
I'm sure Clinton does not care. He can execute more people in one day than Bush will in a life time and still not care.
