Dave: great call on Samsung. I am willing to make the positive call on Infineon now. The only question is when. Infineon makes something called a PXB 4330 ABM ATM switch. It appears to have a SDRAM interface in it. It's one thing to play stupid with RMBS and invoke the JEDEC defense for SDRAM memory. But to incorporate a SDRAM memory controller for a device is like painting a red bullseye on their forehead for RMBS lawyers to go after. They will have a hard time proving prior art on that one IMO. SDRAM controller in the Hitachi microprocessors stopped Hitachi dead in their tracks with RMBS. infineon.com john
