Douglas,

What concerns me about the few you mention is their high pe ratios. I'm under the impression pe's are contracting in the overall market. So I continue to look for those on the low side. This sector has been in a mini bear as it was during July of this year. OSX touched 108 back then I think and quickly ran to 144. Fundamentals are in place we just need the "majors" to part with a little of their excess cash to get the ball rolling. They will soon I hope.

Also many in OSX land missed estimates this quarter RIG comes to mind as the biggie. Analyst's want to believe the story but I'm sure are getting impatient on the execution end. I can't blame them so am I. It's coming though ,some earnings were great BHI for one. Those that had the numbers seemed to get rewarded. BJS today was a good example.

I'd say OSX has the brightest looking future of any sector in the market in the coming year. They just need to get some contracts to get the push started. This correction has been healthy though painful for most of us. I continue to believe in the story and am staying put.(Oct was an ouch though)

Regards,

Scott
