Blood may be thicker than water, but in Texas money is thicker than the both. Perot has been hurting since he made his unbelievably stupid deal with General Motors a few years back. He's tried to come back with Perot systems but it hardly a billionaire's company. He needed Junior George's soft money to tie into his real estate deals in Ft.Worth. He can't get Junior Georges soft money directly so he has to filter it though Texas' biggest billionare. TP
