BT,

If I may, I will respond. "Moderator" is meant to signify the equities analyst in the real-time room. Dale will be issuing swings and LT rec's. We will be speaking with attorneys about this, and informing our members of the process at every step. One principle that is paramount is a DT moderator may not hold anything or trade anything, and I do not, nor have I since February. Investment Banks make rec's and trade the stocks also. We are all aware of how they front-run their own rec's, and inform wealthy clients in advance of the public. This we shall not do. If Dale were to hold any positions in his recommendations, they would certainly never be before an entry, or exiting before the recommended exit. I will be discussing this with him in the coming weeks before recommendations are made. A simple solution would be an independent audit of trades by a reputable firm, at regular intervals. This is to ensure that members may have the fullest confidence that our site is completely transparent, and we do not abuse a position of responsibility as all too many have done in the past.

B Tate & All: Let me answer that, if you will allow me too, I am sure Dale will when he reads it.

There will be only one moderator at a time in the DT room, and that moderator (in blue) will not be allowed to trade. Now, Dale or I could be in the room and trading, but not moderating .... and while not moderating, we will still announce our trades (we are still discussing the ins and outs of this).

The swing room will be different but there will be NO front running by those moderating and both Dale and I will be moderating that room. Any position I am about to take will be posted well BEFORE I actually trade into or out of the issue. In fact, in most cases, I will be moderating probably at night discussing the next day's strategies and stocks that I am considering, and at what level.

The only way that I was willing to get involved with a site like this was if it was purely focused on what we are all trying to do in the market ....

There are NO broker affiliations, no ad. revenue, no agreements with third parties, etc. The cost of the site will go to pay the moderator's salary (since he/she can't trade) and will also pay for software/hardware, etc.

Many would think that we are doing this for money but I assure you, and please believe me, that if you do the math, with the people we have involved, all of us can make far far more in trading well. I really want to help restore day trading as a viable way to play these markets, and I want day and position traders to have an honest place to go ... if that wasn't going to happen here at STOPS, my name would NOT be on it ... guaranteed!

Look forward to seeing you there.
