I just copied the piece I don't necessarily agree with it but there has been some selling I'm sure we both agree on that. Little weather shift would be nice. Two rather large AGA reports hasn't helped. APC was down 8% today on average volume but most of the rest in the sector held up okay.

If you read RD's statements about future oil pricing it was pretty bearish as well. I'm sticking to the game plan until the wall of oil hits. At which point I will turn tail and run. I happen to believe it isn't going to hit so I'm staying.

TXLI comment:I have followed them pretty closely and every time the stock starts to creep up the insiders dump. It's thinly traded and until those shares get absorbed it will probably have some pressure moving higher. I like the stock though and the story as well.

I think the caution on energy stocks reflects a widespread belief (whether right or wrong) that oil prices will drop sharply next year.
