I dont think that the DUI thing will prove to be a big deal; it should blow over by Wednesday. W has readily admitted that he was a drunk for a number of years, and now has gone straight. I think that the likelihood that the pressures of the White House would cause him to fall off the wagon are lower than you would think.

Gore bringing this out so near the election & taking (gay)swipes at Nader while saying he wants to be issue oriented & will do no personal attacks - smells like the $hi+ we could expect during an administration under him.
