Thats all very touching.. but uh.. that was written 27 years ago.. its no longer relevant <grin>. However.. since it was a nine year old that wrote that; I'll forgive her for that oversight... I'm just hoping that wherever she got that from isnt claiming that 27 years ago is defined in the US as being "recent"

There are a few of us up here who like Americans however.. I know its hard to believe but thats why we have the longest undefended border with you. To paraphrase the late Pierre Trudeau however, its like sleeping in the same bed with an elephant - no matter how friendly the beast, you always have to worry about it twitching or thrashing around in its sleep., and you always notice it or keep an eye on it.

Gordon Sinclair was a fine broadcaster however; he died in 1984.
