Interesting. It's pretty clear that Bush would win in a House of Reps run-off since a majority of states are Republican controlled. It's all those western states with four or five people in 'em. But can you imagine the unbelievable amount of horse trading that would go on ("If you vote for Gore, we'll make you chair of Ways and Means.")
