Would that still be true on a forward operating basis after writing down all the investments and defaulting on all the bonds?

I don't know, but 20k subs is not going to hack it. From their latest 10Q, they are burning aroung $150M per year on operations. And that is a small portion of their total expenses. For example, for the latter six months of this year they are paying $160M for system software. 20k subs, at $3 per minute, brings about $75M annual gross revs. If they write down all the investments and default on the bonds, and have no investor lawsuits or other expensive inconveniences, they might slide by with less than 1.5M subs, but not by much. I hope they can pull this off, but I am skeptical.

P.S. I have no position in G*
