Not only was the lawyer who fed the story to a reporter a Democrat delegate, he was involved in the original case.

That has to be an ethical breach of confidentiality.

I'm sure Bush has something on Gore's pot smoking to be released by the weekend. The lead story on all Canadian news channels was this DUI story. The conclusion by the left wing reporters was "it is all up for Bush now". It is hardly Chapaquidick!
