Republican or Democrat a major fiasco like this is a perfect example of very poor government. It only seemed to me as an example of mindless approach to save the world by many enviro-nazis. I would expect the Arizona case to be determined as both mismanagement and corruption. How much is our economy suffering because no refineries have been built in the USA for some time? Who has been on watch where Detroit pumped out millions of SUV's and Minivans and avoided Federal fuel efficiency standards? This has been IMHO the single biggest enviromental/energy blunder in a decade.
