>American can put up with a little wrongdoing

Clinton proved that. But enough can't put up with putting into office someone they know nothing about. It was 10 years from the DUI to sobriety. How many times did he put the keys in the ignition then? 16 years of sobriety doesn't give much time to learn how to run the country.

I said you picked the wrong candidate. Do you think Bush would have gone to Bob Jones and waved his DUI arrest card? Would McCain still have lost South Carolina?

Wrong choice and leaders must be furious. Reminds me of Newt predicting picking up 20 to 30 seats going into the 1998 elections.

Remember how they started deserting the ship when Bush blew his lead to Gore. Watch how fast they do now when the new numbers come out and they see their own elections in jepordy.
