well, the only meatpacking that goes on in this town is around dupont circle. although i'd wager that the boys that roll up to barney frank's g'town brownstone would disagree.

i don't even wanna try and go head-to-head with our towns, but this joint is likely the swankest to hit dc in the last month. big points for originality as it's by far the coolest-coined moniker since NotAmbrose.

I am trying to improve allocations on KP deals so I sent Ray a nice David Yurman bracelet, I hope he likes it.

NN, are you doing any consulting work for The $treet. You should work out a Kevin Spacey/LA Confidential role until this market recovers. I am trying to pin something simlilar down but the only show I can find in SF is 'Nash Bridges.' I don't know if there is anything I can teach Cheech.

>BTW, I have less than two months to salvage my year. Got any bright ideas?

this one's already taken a 60% haircut since i name-dropped it to TD in mid-sep and is hitting a new 52-week low on an hourly basis (currently hovering above $6), but don't shorts make most of their money between 10 and nil?

uninTGNT.

reports next week: thu nov 9. with layoffs, restructuring and scaling back of ops, i can see a share going for the price of a petite skinny latte.
