Oh, I agree with you completely... those arrests have nothing to do with today whatsoever... that's not even the issue... pay attention... the issue is that he lied... sound familiar? Bush built his whole Presidential campaign on restoring integrity to the White House... well, so much for integrity.....

I think all voters should know the following story about George W. When Bush was governor of Texas, a conservative journalist asked him about Carla Faye Tucker, the woman who was put to death in Texas for murder a couple of years ago.
The crimes were horrendous, but she had converted to Christianity and spent 20 years as a model prisoner. She requested a meeting with Bush, she said not to plead for her life, but to discuss issues related to the death penalty. Bush declined to meet with her or to stay the execution. The journalist asked Bush what he thought Tucker would have said to him in the interview had it taken place- Bush put on a high squeaky voice and said "please don't kill me! please don't kill me!"

A little harmless frat boy humor? I don't think so. It reveals something about this man's character that he would indulge in tasteless humor while overseeing the death of a human being, let alone display it to a journalist. It shows a lack of sensitivity, intelligence, judgment, humanity, taste- very disturbing.
