"Just that the amount required to take delivery of a contract's worth of silver is several times that required to hold a contract. Comparatively, that's "a large amount of capital.""

Of course, compared to a leveraged position. On the other hand, if you buy with 80% margin and the POS goes down 20%, then you have lost your entire investment. Moves of moderately large magnitude can easily share someone who may have to hold for years to hit the Big Bull in Silver.

"Besides, for most people investing in $24,000 minimum chunks isn't chump change either. Makes it kind of hard to dollar cost average."

Is it safe for someone who doesn't have the cash to buy $24K of physical silver to buy a leveraged position worth $24K, $58K or more?

Good luck!
