Big difference is/was Clinton was not running his campaign from the stance of restoring integrity to the WH...Bush, by constantly hammering home the idea that the WH had lost credibility ala Bill (as if AG was the one with the Cohiba), has just relinquished a major chit in his campaign...Bush supporters and his marketing team are in scramble mode, and this close to the election is about as bad as it gets.
