Bosco: Jump on RMBS and forget PSI. <gg>. Actually there was an article in todays WSJ on PSI so it should drop on the news BUT the preferred will be was worthless as the common AND its more illquid. If your looking for just a dividend look to NAT (its almost back to my buy in price <gg>, but I have two nice dividends from it). I think cash @ 6% is a good return right now and if you want interest bearing bonds there will be some nice opportunities next year.
