Mutual fund reshuffling behind today's downturn .. 12:41 ET Global Crossing (GBLX) 21 5/8 -2 (-.8.5%): Shares of telecom services company slipping today ahead of company's jump from the Nasdaq to the NYSE scheduled for Monday (although there is talk move could be delayed to Wed). Not only will company be leaving behind its ticker (new symbol GX), company will also be forced to give up its position in the Nasdaq-100 Index. As a result, seeing a portfolio/index reshuffling.
