Ian: Don't the management have an obligation to release such information in a timely manner? Management's responsibilities are to shareholders. In RMBS's case, a large percentage are insiders with no intentions or legal abiltiy to trade the stock like Zeev et at. So what are they to do. I like the conservative "rope a dope style" they have been doing recently. If it means holding licensing agreements -- laying on the ropes -- while your foes have placed large bets against your company and release misleading information, I will readily learn to live with it. john
