Well, I don't think it is "someone", as in a conspiracy. I am reasonably sure we have a couple of foreseeable factors at work:
The first is the one I mentioned: this is a price that the TA guys would call a natural point of resistance. A lot of buyers at this point in the past.
Second is the 25Mil shares that MW said would have to be absorbed by the market because of the restructuring. I think that accounts for these occasional huge trades we are seeing.
Third is tax selling which is also a natural: there are people out there that bought this at 160. They'd be fools not to try and get something out of that. It certainly isn't going to go back there in 31 days.
