No, there was no cover it up at all. It was a matter of public record, and that's where the information came from.

Tom Connolly was on CNN this a.m., and said the information came to him just yesterday, "in his capacity as a lawyer." I wonder who his client was, and why they needed a lawyer to discuss Bush's 24-year old dui record. Did they want to use his case as a legal precedent? What legal relevance, as opposed to political relevance, could this matter have, requiring the advice from a lawyer who just "happened" to be a delegate to Gore's 2000 convention?
