That is generally correct. Shrub must have been pretty lit up as most states had a .15 limit back then and would let you skate without much trouble, as long as you didn't kill someone. I went to bail a high school buddy out of the clink for .17 but before I could hand over the cash they gave him a public defender, tried him in night court, convicted him of careless driving and 200 buck fine. It was cheaper than the bail. -g-

The good part of the story is that he paid me back the next day. -vbg-
