Frank, it's a mystery to me. I think that we're seeing a gross over-reaction, but the problem is that the buyers are staying on the sides until the blood is in the streets (which it is today, imho). Apparently there's some shorting pressure, but I think that those people are fools. Today is a day to cover your short, not open a new one.

Frank, you are truly funny...you pop up on here and ask for a reason your stock is making newer 52 week lows as we speak and then don't want to listen to at least one documented reason proferred: I'm suggesting that observable slowness (and that would be driving past them, through them, around them and their flaggers for most of the last 6 months in just a 24 miles of install section here in Eastern Oregon) indicates TO ME delays in completion=and delays in completion indicate delays in income generation from LVLT flipping to primarily an operating company from a buildout concern.

Maybe the price of coal has fallen...you check that out yet?<g>
