Dear John: I hope that I am right and that is that the American Public has had their fill of "Dirty" Politics. Seems to me this got started pretty much with Clinton's first campaign and has worsened. I am old enough, as I think you are too, to remember the Goldwater campaign where they accused him of potentially causing a Nuclear War and it cost him the election, after that I honestly cannot remember so much mud slinging as has occurred in the past two elections and now this one. I am proud, as a Bush supporter, to say that IMHO he hasnt slung any mud. I know that some may say his questioning of Gore honesty is mud slinging but, based on the KNOWN FACTS seems to me it is a legitimate question. Can you imagin the dirt he COULD sling regarding Gores questionable ALLEGIANCE to THIS COUNTRY. JDN
