He was given a ticket and had to pay a fine. He was at the legal limit. He was DUI, not DWI. And, by the way, I have seen more accidents from running a stop sign/stop light than weaving........

It was back in 1976....GW had a .10.... in some states I believe the limit was much higher than that at that time. this is a non and irrelevant issue today because he has been sober for 14 years....pretty impressive.

You get arrested for it nowadays. In the 70s it was treated like a speeding ticket.
