Many experts now agree that it is our natural and unrelenting inclination to IMITATE that makes us human. Even 2-3 year old kids will imitate a bird or a frog, and blow away mature dogs or apes in the intensity and sheer joy of imitation. It is at heart what makes human societies so tight-knit and effective.
