Nah, they have not held it down for that reason in my little old opinion - They simply get into a Time Capsule and then decide what to do. They have just exited a negative one but don't think for one moment it was negative for them - they will absolutely make a fortune on that LITTLE OLD NEGATIVE CAPSULE. This is one of the shortest - only trading days until Election and then we go into another one up until about two days before Thanksgiving and then come back and run to Jan. V
