Thanks George.....

honestly, my few big wins in the market have come in the same surprising way, as the few big losses I've suffered through (to wit: dctc). Unless you are on the good ol boy list, as far as I'm concerned, you must be content to be satisfied with this reality- if you want to play in the game. And, of course, we are talking about following issues down on the bb..... it's all speculative there and I always play with dough that may well go away.

After suffering through an earlier loss which bordered on criminality as well, I decided to end my bb ventures. I have been closing out positions since then, and look forward to wiping out dci on the portfolio before year end if things don't change.

The dead-duck silence makes me think the murphs are going to sit on the ball til year end in order to thrash us on out on 12/31. After the pledge to sell-off and distribute what's left pronto, I decided to stick in for the duration. But frankly, right now, I don't believe the murphs will even honor this last commitment. I know there's been commentary to the point that developments might make it worthwhile to see things through...... but if we don't see some signs of life from them soon, well, I just want to wash the dirt off from the experience and move on..... even if it means missing the "big turnaround" in Europe. Rooting for the SEC
is not a pass-time I want to engage in.

George,

What is it that you TRULY believe???? You keep mentioning how dishonest DCTC management is and then you wait for a "courteous acknowledgement".

IT AIN'T COMING!

The hypsters and crooks have moved on and they won't kiss us good-bye.

I still await why you are a proponent of waiting 3 more years for the SEC to get off its lazy ass and finish this case. Contact legal eagles and make a move!
