www.nasdaq.com is the most up to date site for short interest. Yahoo has it on their profiles but for some reason don't seem to report the latest numbers.

The procedure is that the short interest is reported, based on the 15th as the settlement date, on the 15th of each month to NASDAQ. Nas will then update the number "publicly" on the 8th trading date after the 15th.
