You want laws to help the industry against criminal acts, but you don't want laws to help pay for enforcement against criminal acts. That is the biggest joke for public policy I know of. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Try examining laws as a benefit/cost package. For so much benefit your going to have to pay so much cost. I am willing to pay taxes, lots of taxes, for the benefit of a stable economy and political system. Which in turn creates an environment for companies such as SUNW to be born, grow and flourish. It takes work to maintain the stability, it is irresponsible to take it for granted. Chitral
