What happened was this: I was the vice- president of my county student government, and the people I was riding to Annapolis with pulled out a joint on the way. I rarely smoked, but I disliked seeming like a narc in such a situation, so I would take somewhat fakey hits. It was unusually potent weed, though, and in the confines of the car, I got high. Fortunately, I have facility with words, and therefore being somewhat stoned did not impede my presentation, as long as I could keep from getting the giggles........
