Looks to me Furakara held 66 million in class B shares, and can convert class B to class A. Furakara ownership was 70% prior to the IPO and some small part of that was sold to the public in this IPO offering, so Furakara has the right to issue more shares of class A stock in the future. Same way Alacatel retained 80% ownership of ALAO and offered 20% ownerhsip to the public in the IPO.

Furakara and Alactel ownership is held in perferred stock other than the outstanding shares for public float.

I assume the market cap has to consider the total 100% ownership even though the value of the shares outstanding is only 30% of the total value for OCPI.

I'm not sure about this, that's just the way I see it. Can anyone confirm the market cap for OCPI and or ALAO.

It's more than I can comprehend now, I'll have to research more, later.
