Yep. But its irrelevant. GWB was not involved. Gore however wilfully violated campaign finance laws and concealed an arms deal from Congress in violation of the law. He's not fit to be President. JLA

That was pretty much the lowpoint for an idiotic Democratic Congress. Pretty much the entire world was arming both Iran and Iraq to try to keep that war at a stalemate. They were also orchestrating a low oil price in order to drain the two sides of money to keep funding the war.
