That was just discussed a couple of days ago here: Message 14700852 The short answer is "no" - there's no way that I'm aware of to get Level II free for the whole market, only ECN bid/ask. OTC-BB market makers are not technically "Level II" even though that's what most everyone calls it. I use MyTrack which includes OTC-BB MMs, by far the cheapest way at roughly $40/month. I seldom trade Nasdaq stocks.
