A strategy I am looking at for next week is to buy more SSTI and go short an equal value of AMZN. Thus I have 2 investments I can expect to profit from in the long term and am somewhat hedged against macro market factors.

Steve, never look a "profit horse" in the mouth. I am trying to recoup what I left on the table, thus just sold at $65-5/8. I am acrophobic here, and typically volume spikes are associated with price spikes, at least short term. Nevertheless I'll watch for a reentry (g). It could easily go back to the major resistance at $98.

In edit, back on the bu$$ at $$64.5. Also got in back into RDRT at $7-1/16, just minutes ago.

<<I have a financial "reshuffle" happening in the next week due to remortgaging>>

Why don't you just say "I got a margin call and I am scrambling to cover my debts".......

The truth is sometimes painful Steve, but it's time to fess up......(VBG)....
