In 1998 Bush was asked by a reporter if he were ever arrested, that reporter has since been interviewed on MSNBC regarding that comment and verified his report as true and accurate... you may not realize that a DUI is a criminal traffic offense, not a minor traffic infraction such as speeding... a minor traffic infraction warrants a citation or a ticket, but a DUI is a criminal traffic offense and a misdemeanor and the driver is arrested..... think about it... the officer is required to arrest the drunken driver so that the driver can no longer put himself and others at any further risk on the public roadways..... Bush was arrested that night and he even said so last night... GZ
